It's time to paint Miami green for St. Patrick's Day celebrations a weekend full of parties from bar crawls to the 31st Annual John Martin's St Patrick's Street Festival.

Still don't have tickets for the Miami Open? This week, American Social partnered with the Miami Open ahead of the big tennis tournament to give locals a chance to score tickets. Other foodie events this week include Chef Nobu’s Birthday tasting menu, Pi Day, Mexico City's Rayo Cocktail Bar coming to Miami, and Biscayne Bay Brewing Company Cocktail Class with Gio Gutierrez.

Miami Open x American Social

Ahead of the Miami Open, American Social is hosting an event to give away Miami Open Tickets featuring drink specials and a taste of the tournament's signature drink. For $8 guests can try the "Ace Paloma" the official drink which will be served in the Maestro Dobel Tequila Bar at the Palm Court during the Miami Open. The event will take place at American Social Boca Raton, Brickell, and Las Olas along with the giveaway. 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, March 12, at various locations; americansocialbar.com.

Taste of Nobu Miami

Miami can enjoy a poolside tasting at Nobu Hotel Miami Beach to celebrate Chef Nobu Matsuhisa's birthday. Hosted by the chef himself, this event features Nobu's favorites from the restaurant's menu including signature canapés, chef stations, and unique handcrafted cocktails. 6:30 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, March 12, at 4525 Collins Ave, Miami Beach; Tickets cost $395 per person via nobu-miami.egiftify.com.

Rayo Cocktail Bar Pop-Up

After last year's success coming to Cafe La Trova, Mexico City's acclaimed Rayo Cocktail Bar is coming back to Miami for another takeover in partnership with Milagro Tequila. The two-day pop-up starts in the Four Seasons Champagne Bar where guests can enjoy a fusion of Mexico City's cocktail culture with the golden era of The Surf Club and live jazz. Even if you didn't like math in school, Pi Day should be on your foodie holiday list. Pi Day is a celebration of the mathematical constant Pi which equals 3.14 and an infinity of numbers you don't need to know, the important takeaway is Fireman Derek’s Bake Shop will honor the never-ending number by serving its iconic Key Lime Pie for $3.14 per slice while supplies last. Irish Whiskey Master Class

St. Patrick’s Day is around the corner and Rusty Pelican will host an Irish Whiskey master class to get locals ready ahead of the weekend. The night starts with a welcome drink by Tullamore Dew followed by the master class guided by speaker Alex Alfonso, the Beverage Program Specialist in Florida for Breakthru Beverage. Cocktail Class with Havana Club

Biscayne Bay Brewing Company hosts its next cocktail class, this time in partnership with Havana Club and its National Rum Ambassador Gio Gutierrez. The event is a celebration of Havana Club Rum's 90th anniversary, where Gio will walk guests through the secrets of crafting two Vintage Rum Cocktails while diving into the history of rum. 7:30 to 9 p.m. Saturday, March 16, at 100 Northeast 1st Avenue #Third Floor, Miami; Tickets cost $25 per person via eventbrite.com.

St. Patrick’s Day Specials at John Martin's, The Wharf, and More

It's St. Patrick’s Day and Miami is gearing up for a weekend full of bar crawls, beer, and lots of green fits from March 16 to 17. While there are endless ways to spend the day across Miami including green drinks and discounted shots, here are some of the yearly happenings you should not miss out on. This year marks the 31st Annual JohnMartin's St Patrick's Street Festival featuring Irish eats, Guinness and beers, live bands, entertainment, bar stations, games, and a free Harp Lager with the purchase of a shot of Tullamore D.E.W. Guests can choose between a free RSVP with a complimentary shot or a VIP package for $118.80 which includes two Premium drink tickets, admission into a custom-built VIP Viewing Deck with access to a Private Bar and one JohnMartin's Shirt. For those looking to stay in Wynwood or Brickell, Miami Bar Crawls will host its annual St Patrick's bar crawls with tickets varying from $20 to $25 which includes five bars and five drinks. In Brickell, the crawl starts at Blackbird Ordinary and in Wynwood, it starts at The Dirty Rabbit. In Fort Lauderdale, locals who want to celebrate the day can head to The Wharf for its annual two-day festival full of music, drinks, and games. Drink specials vary based on the day but include a free Harp Lager with the purchase of a shot of Tullamore D.E.W. whiskey all day.
